SPEC OPTIONS
PVC (Reccomended)
We offer 2-sided riders in PVC, which prints beautifully, is highly durable, and is lightweight, so shipping costs from our local Oahu vendor remain low. Single-sided riders are also available; just let us know in the notes.
Special Order (30+ Days in advance)
Aluminum or ACM (aluminum-covered PVC) are available for special order. Plan ahead, as these are special-ordered from our local and mainland vendor and take longer to arrive. Please note the heavier material also incurs higher shipping charges.
CARE, INSTALLATION & MONITORING
Agents are responsible for the care, installation and monitoring of listing signs provided to them. Please ensure that signs are in good order and standing straight (a crooked or damaged sign sends a negative message).
SIGN PRINTING
We offer Bulk Sign Orders or Rush Production, we will share artwork you can use with your Local Sign Vendors. Learn More
Place an order with us for best quality, price and ease of installation, as well as proper hole pattern for mounting and hanging. We’ve negotiated an agency discount, which is passed on to you.
PROHIBITED
Do NOT create your own sign styles. Do NOT ask vendors to create a sign for you. This is a violation of company policy. We do not recommend agent photos on Hawaii Life signs.

We offer Bulk Sign Orders or Rush Production (Local Sign Vendor)
Rush Sign Orders
Sometimes you need sign riders right away. We stock the main signs and posts, and help you work with preferred local vendors to get your name and promo riders. Ordering locally is quick, but more costly than via our bulk orders.
How it works:
We design your sign/riders free of charge.
We provide a preferred local sign vendor.
We provide press-ready print files that you can send to the sign printer.
You are responsible for payment and pickup of your signs from the vendor.
Bulk Ordering (Least Expensive / Takes Longer)
Hawaii Life periodically places bulk sign orders with our mainland vendor. These signs take 4-6 weeks to arrive, but are about HALF as expensive as ordering locally.
How it works:
BIC’s periodically circulate the sign ordering announcement.
Agents can request signs and custom riders in the bulk orders.
Hawaii Life will bill you for your custom riders.
There is no charge for design services.
Individual sign orders with our mainland vendor is not available.
